SCI’s Management Consulting Value Proposition: SCI’s value proposition is its commitment to broad based consulting services to improving health outcomes that is faster, cheaper and better than comparable companies. Rather than staffing alone, or selling a particular solution, SCI offers customized broad-based consulting with business process improvement at every step tailored to each client’s needs and the changing environments at CDC. We combine a large IT provider with management consulting and systems experience with a Federal subcontract staffing agency and universities. Our Team’s capabilities, synergies and flexibility enable us to respond to CDC’s needs with the most appropriate mix of skills and capabilities needed to accomplish the objectives of each task order issued under this new contract.

Use of Industry Best Practices Methodologies: SCI provides a broad range of consulting services including best practices for public health in management consulting, program management, earned value management (EVM), and capital planning investment control (CPIC), a standard for Federal management practice.
